Now I use it all the time, it cooks up perfectly. Also, Bob’s red Mill has very good gluten free products. Hope this helps.

I am a diabetic also. I find it hard to juggle all three and have them all work together. I need to learn about my medical issues and how to deal with them. CHOOSE ME I REALLY NEED MORE INFO.

I was diagnosed in 2010 and have been trying to eat gluten free since then. My family is very supportive and helpful even tho no one else in the family has to eat gluten free. I still use pasta made with flour for my husband and anyone else who comes for a meal, but I cook the gluten free pasta in a separate pan for myself. I try to make my own breads, rolls, pastries, etc. and freeze them. I did attend a gluten free expo in Chicago just 2 years ago and it was great. I learned so much and benefited from the samples supplied as well. It is so difficult to choose a specific brand of flour, mix, etc until you have tasted it in your favorite foods. I also take an oral medication to help with the skin condition, but understand this is not forever so I must learn more about the gluten free world and how I can adapt. I would love to attend this expo and learn first hand! Thank you so much!

My wife and I have two awesome kids ages 18 and 21, we have been researching, eating and cooking healthy nutritious gluten free meals now for approximately 21 years. My wife Paula would be a great resource to the allergy fest and
judge of products. We have used all the big name gluten free products available like Pamela’s for years, she also has developed many home made receipies such cheesecake that are enjoyed by all because you can’t tell they are gluten free. Please keep Paula in mind, sounds like fun.

To my surpripze after 2 1/2 weeks I found my asthma coughing, bloating ,throat clearing, cloudy thinking, energy, constant runny nose improved. I had seen a specialist and had my asthma medication increased with no improvement in my coughing. I now barely cough, and feel so much better. I have not been tested for gf yet and may not as I will have to go back on gf foods to get accurate testing done. Gluten and wheat have impacted my health.

Love to have this opportunity to attend and it has been work in progress. I am from Canada and we do not have anything like this here.

Thank you to those that have shared their info – you are the best! It has helped me thru this change. Good luck!

Being told to see specialist and even cancer doctors. They finally told me it is called life and would just have to deal with it for the rest of my life. I had it right there. I have 5 beautiful children that I want to be around for and wasn’t gonna stand by and listen to one more doctor. I finally went to the Chiropractor and the lady doc there said that I was right to go by my own instincts and to get allergy testing done. I didn’t have Celia but did have gluten allergies, milk allergies, yeast allergies as well. Life was getting pretty interesting. Found out that I also had some pretty serious drug allergies as well. So I took the next step and cut all wheat and yeast and dairy products out of my diet leaving me with fruit and veggies. Yes, I also cut out all meat. All my stomach, intestinal issues subsided even Bowel issues got better. I now know that if I didn’t do this only own I would still be suffering as well as my family whom I have to say thanks too. I have been watching my children as they grow and have noticed that 3 of my children cant handle milk and 1 for sure has stomach issues with certain bread products. I some days feel like a library because of so much learned info. but yet am so much the wiser. I so could use this weekend vacation.

Amazing results. We would love to go to SanDiego and learn more about Gluten Free Diets and Recipes. California weather would certainly be a nice treat since it is 10 degrees in Indiana today.
