In their Leafy Greens/Spinach Presentation, they invite the audience to participate in how to grow healthy plants using the best growing practices and techniques. We’ll discuss how to preserve spinach and go through the process of freezing spinach. The presentation will end with audience participation of preparing one of our gluten-free spinach salad recipes as we talk about the products we use and share helpful tips.
