GLUTEN-FREE WEEKEND GETAWAY SWEEPSTAKES

Winner(s) of prizes specified in offer will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing conducted on or about 3/17/14 by Belvoir Media Group, whose decisions are final. Participants may enter the contest by adding their name to GlutenFreeFoodAllergyFest.com e-mail list and selecting that they are interested in either in “All Locations” or just the “San Diego” show.  Alternately, participants may mail a 3×5 post card to “Gluten Free Weekend Getaway”, PO Box 5656, Norwalk, CT 06856-9670.  All entries must be received by 3/15/14.

Winners will be notified within 2 weeks of selection. All prizes guaranteed to be awarded. Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. and Canadian residents and to residents of other countries and U.S. territories and possessions only where offered & permitted by law. Void where prohibited by law. GLUTEN-FREE WEEKEND GETAWAY GIVEAWAY CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: You have not yet won. No purchase necessary. Each of the two winners will receive a hotel stay (double occupancy) at the Town & Country Resort and Conference Center, 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA 92108 for the nights of May 2nd & 3rd 2014.  In addition, each winner will receive two 2-day tickets to the Gluten-Free Food Allergy Fest occurring that weekend at the resort.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.  Sweepstakes ends 3/16/14.

No mechanically reproduced entries. No responsibility assumed for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail/entries. All such entries will be disqualified. All entries become property of the Presenting Promoter & will not be returned or acknowledged. Participating entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Presenting Promoters, and release the Presenting Promoter and its respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and/or use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance, use or redemption of any prize. Presenting Promoter is not responsible for any printing, production, typographical, human or other error of any nature in printing of the sweepstakes notice, entry form or prize notice, or administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Any sweepstakes notice, entry form or prize notice containing a printing, production, typographical, human or other error of any nature shall be deemed null and void. Presenting Promoter is not liable for payment of any prize to entrants who have violated these official rules.

 

A winner may be required (at promoter’s discretion) to sign & return, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 7 days of date on notification. Failure to execute and return any required documentation within the time period specified and/or return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize by a minor will require execution by parent or legal guardian of required documentation. Costs for goods or services not specified are winner’s responsibility. No substitution of prizes except by Presenting Promoter due to unavailability. Except where prohibited by law, winners consent to use of their names, hometowns, prizes won & likenesses for promotional purposes on behalf of the Presenting Promoter without additional compensation.
